In this video, I am sending you Usui Reiki Healing Energy in a distance session. Reiki healing works perfectly well hands-on and distance.
Reiki is a wonderful, ancient healing art where a Reiki Healer uses certain symbols to channel healing frequencies to, in, and around the person in need of healing. This raises your vibration and dissolves blockages and evokes an inner stillness and peace. We can call it a guided healing meditation, where the guidance is your own inner self.
This means that during the healing session you will not have to exert any effort in order to understand, overcome, or “heal” anything. It is done by your very presence and willingness to open your heart and mind and the caring waves of healing Reiki energy.
A Reiki session is often calming, relaxing, and you often feel held by the loving arms of the universe. But, Reiki can also bring about intense negative emotions, thoughts, and experiences. However, these experiences are there to be healed and it is actually a VERY good sign that you are releasing what is no longer serving you.
Reiki can help bring you into a deep state of meditation. Attending Reiki healing sessions regularly and developing a steady meditation practice will produce an indescribable transformation of yourself and your life.
