Welcome to the first of my 20 Minute Reiki series. Starting off with a Usui Tibetan Reiki attunement. 🙌
The word reiki translates to ‘Universal Life Energy.’ It comes from ancient Japanese healing practices. These practices were rediscovered by Mikao Usui over 100 years ago. The Usui method of reiki, combined with Tibetan reiki is one of the most widely known and used systems of reiki today.
Once you have become attuned, you will be able to utilise the reiki energy for personal use only on yourself, pets, family and friends.
