I think the weight of the crystals itself also play a part in the relaxation. Kinda like a weighted blanket or a pillow.
My ex boss was the most not relaxed, stressed out, negative woman I’ve ever met. She had crystals laid out everywhere. Meditated daily. And completely believed in all these things. She actually taught some of these things in classes. So idk 🤷🏻♀️
