– Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that can be used as tool for relaxation, stress reduction, mental and emotional healing, and aid in physical healing. More specifically, it is the channeling of life force energy, which flows through the entire Universe and everything in it.
– Reiki was founded by Mikao Usui or Usui Sensei as we refer to him in the practice. Usui Sensei believed Reiki should be shared with the world.
