Yin Yoga is a quiet, healing and meditative practice. In this style of yoga we slowly and gently target the connective tissues of the body, over time gaining more flexibility as well as increasing the range of motion and lubrication in the joints, ligaments and connective tissues while releasing deep tension. There will also be the opportunity to invite in self reiki to channel divine healing energy into the body. This practice gives us the time and space to go inward and learn to reconnect with the present moment and ourselves.
