I quit my job in the biggest portuguese bank and start to travel the world, in October 2014, always alone.
In this channel I want to share with you what I have been learning in this 8 years, not only as a Solo Experienced Traveller, but as a Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda Therapist, Reiki practitioner, and a eternal Curious, who is always looking to learn more and more about how to leave the healthiest and happiest life in this amazing planet.
In this 8 years I had learn so much with people from the 5 continents, with so different and interesting cultures, that I can’t keep it only for me in my diary.
