Chakras are vital energy centers running throughout the body that spin and keep our entire body flowing. When your chakras are balanced, your mind, body and spirit will balance. Your focus in this meditation will be your choice. Keep your eyes open or closed, your choice. Sit or lie down, your choice. Find a comfortable position in a quiet location and receive the Reiki energy as it flows to you.
